How LifeGap stays free: partner offers

LifeGap is a free, CPD-accredited life-skills app for young people in the UK. To help keep it free, we sometimes show partner offers: links to other companies' products or comparison services that fit what you're learning about, such as a Railcard in our Travel course or a broadband comparison in Manage Your Bills.

• We may earn a commission. If you click a partner offer and buy or switch, the partner may pay LifeGap a fee. You never pay more because you came from LifeGap.
• Always labelled. Every partner link in the app or on our site is marked "Partner offer".
• Free option shown too. Next to every partner offer we show an official or free alternative, such as GOV.UK, NHS, Ofcom, Citizens Advice or MoneyHelper.
• Education first. Our lessons are written independently, and partners don't pay to change what we teach. Where there's more than one option, we prefer comparison services over single brands.
• 18+ only, and opt-in. Partner offers are shown only to users aged 18 or over who have switched them on. They're never shown to under-18s, through school licences or to grant-funded cohorts.
• What we never promote: loans, credit cards, overdrafts, buy-now-pay-later, payday lending or car finance. For debt, benefits, health and government services we link to official free help only. Government, NHS and charity links are never affiliate links.
• Insurance: LifeGap is not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority and does not give insurance advice or quotes. Insurance links are plain links only, to FCA-authorised comparison services, and any quote, advice or purchase happens on their site under their terms.
• Your data: we don't share your name, email, reminder dates or learning history with partners. A click passes only an anonymous tracking code that tells the partner it came from LifeGap and which area of the app (for example "travel course").
• Networks we work with: Awin, Partnerize, Impact and CJ Affiliate [list only those with approved programmes at publish time].
