Northern Ireland
PPN 01/21
LifeGap is a recognised Social Value Broker on SocialValueNI.org and an approved CPD-accredited provider supporting young people aged 16-24 with real-world life skills in areas like finance, employment, and wellbeing.
Our model directly aligns with PPN 01/21, where public contracts over £500,000 must allocate a minimum of 10% of the total tender score to Social Value delivery, equivalent to 100 Social Value Points per £1 million contract.
Through our gamified learning platform, we help companies deliver measurable training, inclusion, and wellbeing outcomes that qualify for Social Value Points at a fraction of the normal cost.

England
PPN 002 & TOMs Model
At LifeGap, social value isn’t an add on, it’s at the heart of what we deliver.
We align our impact with the UK Government’s latest Social Value Model (PPN 002), effective for central government procurements from 1 October 2025 under the Procurement Act 2023.
PPN 002 requires that all in scope public contracts embed measurable social value commitments, carrying a minimum weighting of 10% in tender evaluations. Our programmes are designed to help organisations meet and exceed these targets through tangible, community centred outcomes.
